Returns
Don't absolutely love your new purchase? No problem!
Alkamst will happily accept your return item/s for a store credit or size exchange as long as the item/s are returned within 14 days of receiving them.
In order to receive a credit/exchange, your return item must meet the following conditions:
- must be received within the timeframe specified above
- must be in the same condition as received; new, unworn and with all original tags attached
- must not have any fake tan, make-up or dirty marks.
- must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour or washing powder
- all Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned
- receipt/proof of purchase must be shown

Shipping
We aim to send out your order on time every day! That means all orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 12 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
Orders over $100 have an option for free standard shipping (Australia wide) 5-7 business days
Express shipping $9.95 (Australia wide) 1-3 business days
